Processes 💥

• A brand-new module to handle various task processes. Examples include:
  • HR annual cycle
  • HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) annual cycle
  • ARP annual cycle
  • Safety inspection/checklist
  • Sick leave follow-up
  • Employees going on leave
  • Employees transferring to a different office or department
  • Employees changing positions (reboarding)
  • Safety procedures for tasks requiring special safety measures
  • Other recurring routines that involve documentation and provide a comprehensive overview
• Choose from predefined templates
• Create custom templates
• Managers with process access can view the process
• Assign tasks to predefined roles, individuals, teams, or locations

Document

• Improved document sharing
• View who has access to documents and what kind of access they have
• Multiple editors for documents, including managers of the team, location, or organization the document is shared with
• Multiple people can now edit smart documents, not just the owner
• New filter: 'Created by'

People

• Managers can now add new users to their team and location
• Managers can view insights on their employees

Handbook

• Deleting a category will also delete all associated topics

Onboarding / Offboarding

• Managers can now initiate and manage onboarding and offboarding
• Visual enhancements

Salary revision

• Store period picker value and adjust the default value based on country

Meeting

• Hosts can now reorder talking points and agenda items in a meeting

Absence

• Support regions as a public holiday in workschedules

Competence

• Deleting a competence type will also delete all associated competencies

Equipment

• Deleting an equipment type will also delete all associated items

Integrations

• Include actor that triggered event when sending webhook events
• Tripletex: Don't create employees in inactive departments

Deviation

• Two new categories: Quality deviation and Improvement suggestion

General improvements

• Easier to see new updates; announcements are now available in the main menu
• More control over access to custom profile fields
• Unlocked roles—permissions on locked user roles are now adjustable

• Whistleblowing: improved handling of deleted users
• Visual fixes on eNPS tables
