How to use and configure your dashboard in Huma

What is the dashboard?

The dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in to Huma. It gives you a personal overview of what is relevant to you, such as upcoming tasks, who is away, active surveys and birthdays and work anniversaries.

The dashboard is personal, each employee sees their own view based on their roles and access in Huma.

Configure your dashboard

You can rearrange sections and hide the ones you do not need.

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner and select "Configure dashboard"  or scroll to the bottom of the dashboard and click "Configure dashboard"
  2. Drag and drop sections to rearrange them in your preferred order
  3. Toggle sections on or off to show or hide them
  4. Click "Done" to apply your changes immediately

 

💡 Dashboard configuration is personal. Your changes only affect your own view and do not impact other users.

 

 

 

FAQ

Can I configure the dashboard on behalf of employees?

No. Dashboard configuration is personal and can only be changed by the employee themselves.

 

Why do I not see certain sections on my dashboard?

Sections only appear if the relevant module is enabled for your organisation and you have access to it. For example, the Surveys section only appears if you have been invited to an active survey.
