Additional vacation based on age

By creating and assigning a specific policy for employees over 60, you can effectively grant them an additional week of vacation.

 

Setting Up a Policy for Employees Over 60

Users with "System role with Full access to Absence", can manage policies in Huma. 

  1. Go to the Absence Module

  2. Navigate to Settings

  3. Click on Vacation and Add policy

 

Create a New Policy:

  • Set up a specific policy for employees aged 60 and above that includes the allocation of extra vacation days within "Limit number of days".

Assign the Policy:

  • Once the policy is created, assign it to the relevant employees who qualify for the extra vacation days.
