How to set up an offboarding

Create effective processes for when employees leave and increase the likelihood of your former colleagues becoming ambassadors for your company.

The Offboarding module helps you standardize and automate processes, saving time and ensuring that tasks are completed at the right time and by the right person.

By clicking into the module, you'll get an overview of existing offboardings, their status, people involved, and templates.

You can click on the three black dots to the right of an existing offboarding on the list to edit or delete it.

A new offboarding is created either via "templates" or "new offboarding."

For a new offboarding:
- Select an "existing user" by checking the appropriate person from the list.
- Then, set the direct manager and the last working day.

How should an offboarding process work in your company? Are there different processes for different employees/positions/locations? Build the templates you want and give them easily recognizable names, such as "Manager," "Employee," "Learning."

Review the offboarding, and remember that you can always add a task.

When the offboarding starts, those assigned tasks will receive a notification. Additionally, the process will appear on the dashboard under tasks/your tasks.

You need a systemrole or userrole to create, update or delete offboarding.
