Choose wether you want your colleagues to see your jubilees or not

Users can select if their jubilees should be visible or hidden on the dashboard.

How to set my jubilee to hidden/visible?

To set up these setting you need to

1. Click on your profile picture/name at the right top corner.
2. Navigate to “User account settings”
3. Choose either hidden/visible under “Your birthday jubilee”

   1. Hidden

      Your jubilee is only visible to you and administrators.

   2. Visible

      Your jubilee  is visible to everyone on the dashboard.

Important highlights

• System admins can still see everyone’s birthdays on dashboard
• If colleagues are allowed to "see birthday", they can see it on the profile regardless of the jubilees settings of the user. The jubilees setting is only effective the dashboard.
• By "jubilee" we mean "employee work anniversaries (1, 2, 3 years etc. in the company)" and 
  employee birthdays.
