How to view, manage and update your subscription and billing details in Huma

Roles and access

Access Role
View and manage subscription and billing System role: Organisation → Organisation-wide settings

 

 

View your current subscription

  1. Go to System settings
  2. Navigate to "Subscription"
  3. Here you can see your current plan, billing cycle, number of seats and usage of any addons

Payment information

To update your payment method:

  1. Go to System settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Change" or "Update" next to the information you want to edit
  3. Enter your new details and confirm

 

⚠️ If a payment fails, a banner will appear at the top of Huma with instructions to resolve it. 

 

 

Billing address

To update your billing address:

  1. Go to System settings → Subscription
  2. Scroll to "Billing address"
  3. Update the address and click "Save"

 

 

 

Invoice recipient and copies

You can set who receives invoices and add additional email addresses to receive copies.

  1. Go to System settings → Subscription
  2. Scroll to "Invoice recipient" and "Send invoice copies to"
  3. Add or update the email addresses
  4. Click "Save"

 

 

Document signing 

Document signing is an addon available on Standard and Premium plans. It gives you a set number of prepaid document signings per year, with additional signings invoiced separately at the end of the year.

To view your usage:

  1. Go to System settings → Subscription
  2. Scroll to "Document signing"
  3. Here you can see how many prepaid signings you have used and how many additional signings have been used

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription

To make changes to your subscription plan, including upgrading, downgrading or cancelling, contact your customer success manager or reach out to Huma support.

FAQ

How are new users billed? I

f your plan has available seats, activating a new user does not incur additional charges. If there are no available seats, adding a new user will increase your bill at the next billing cycle.

 

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. You can switch to yearly billing from the subscription page. The change is scheduled and takes effect on your next billing date.

 

Where can I find my invoices?

Invoices are sent to the invoice recipient email address set in your subscription settings. Contact Huma support if you need copies of past invoices.
