Manage your subscription

You can easily view and manage your subscription in Huma

A subscription in Huma is your organization’s paid plan for using the HR system’s features. You can easily manage it, to ensure you have the right plan for your needs, and easily upgrade or downgrade as your company changes. 

In Huma, you can choose between our "Free", "Standard" or "Premium" plan. Read more about subscription here at our webpage.

 


View and manage your subscription

To view and manage your account subscription, you must have a "System role with full access to Organization: Organization-wide settings".

  1. Navigate to "System Settings"

  2. Go to “Subscription”

  3. Scroll down to “Payment plan”

  4. From here you can

    1. Up- or downgrade your plan

    2. Compare Yearly and Monthly

Billing Considerations

  • Available Seats: If your subscription has available seats, you can activate users without incurring additional charges. This means that if there are free seats in your plan, activating a user will not increase your bill.

  • No Available Seats: If there are no available seats in your subscription, activating a user will increase the number of billed seats, which will result in a higher charge on your next invoice.
