How do I edit emails for employees on their profile card?
To ensure that employees receive important communication and access to systems, it is essential that their email addresses are kept up to date.
How to change email
1. Go to the "People module"
2. Click on the user whose email address you wish to update
3. Navigate to "About"
4. Go to "Intro" and click "Edit"
5. Fill out the new email address and click "Save" and "Confirm change"
6. A confirmation email will be sent to the new address, which the user/employee must verify in order to complete the email update in Huma.

Huma will continue to use the old address until the new one is confirmed.
My employee did not confirm the first email when editing email address
If your employee did not confirm the first confirmation email, you can always send a new one.
1. Go to the "People module"
2. Click on the user whose email address you wish to update

4. Go to "Intro" and you will see a yellow notification window
5. Click "Resend confirmation email"
6. A confirmation email will be sent to the new address, which the user/employee must verify in order to complete the email update in Huma.
