Archive an offboarding
To archive an offboarding in Huma means to move the offboarding process for a specific employee or group out of the active or ongoing list, storing it as a completed or inactive record. This does not delete the data permanently. Archived offboardings can still be accessed for reference or reporting, but they are no longer visible in the active offboarding dashboard.
To archive an offboarding you must have a "System or User Role with Full access to Onboarding".
- Go to “Offboarding module”
- Navigate to “Active”
- Click on the "three dots" located to the right of the offboarding in the list, or within the spesific offboarding with the "three dots" located at the top right corner.
- Select “Archive” and the offboarding will then move to “Archive”
- Uncompleted task will remain uncompleted, assigned and available to the assignee
- Users with "System role with Full Access to Onboarding", will have access to all archived offboardings.
- Users with "User role with Full Access to Offboarding", will have access to archived offboardings for the group they have permission over.
- If you add a task to an 'Archived Offboarding' the assignee will still receive the task, and it will be shown on their dashboard.
