Efficiently filter your People list

The filter function in the People module enables HR teams to quickly segment employees by key attributes such as job title, team, location, supervisor, or account status.

To filter the employees

  1. Go to the "People module"
  2. Click on the filter you want to use, and choose filters

 

 

 

Active or deactivated users

You can also filter by active or deactivated accounts. 

  1. Go to the "People module"
  2. Click on "Active accounts" in the filter menu
  3. Choose "Active" or "Deactivated"

Can I search for employees by phone number and email?

Yes, you can. In the "Edit columns" you can choose to display phone number and email. 

 

Edit columns

You can customize which columns are displayed in your people list to focus on the information most relevant to your HR processes.

To edit columns

  1. Go to the "People module"
  2. Click on the "Table icon"
  3. Choose which column you want to display in 2. and 3. 

 

  • You can always click "Reset to defaults" to go back to the originally settings
  • You can reorder the list by dragging 2. and 3.

Export

Alternatively, if you prefer not to use the People list for searching, you can export all user information to a single downloadable file using the "Export users" feature.

  1. Go to the "People Module"
  2. Click "Export users" at the top right corner
  3. Choose which users you want to include
  4. Choose "Account status" (Active/deactivated)
  5. "What" - what should be exported
  6. "Continue"
  7. Choose format 
  8. "Download"
