How to download and log in with the Huma app on  Android and iOS.

What is the Huma app?

Remember to inform your employees about the app!

With the Huma app, your employees always have Huma in their pocket. They can register absence, look up colleagues, find answers in the handbook, report deviations and much more, whether they are on the go, working from home or away from a computer.

Roles and access

💡 The app follows the same roles and access as Huma on web. Employees only see the modules and content they have access to.

 

 

 

Download the app

📱 iOS (App Store): requires iOS 17 or later

  1. Open the App Store and search for "Huma HR"
  2. Tap "Get" and confirm the download

  1. Open Google Play and search for "Huma HR"
  2. Tap "Install"

Log in to the app

The login steps are the same on iOS and Android.

  1. Open the Huma app and tap "Get started"
  2. Enter your email address 
  3. If you belong to more than one organisation, select the one you want to log in to
  4. Log in with the method your organisation uses, for example Google, Microsoft or a unique code sent by email or SMS
  5. If you log in with a code, enter the code you received

 

💡 The app remembers your organisation. The next time you log in, you can continue straight to it.

💡 Which login methods you see depends on how your organisation has set up login in Huma.

 

 

Log out

  1. Tap "Menu" in the bottom right corner
  2. Tap the settings icon in the top right corner
  3. Tap "Log out"

 

 

 

FAQ

I can't log in. What should I do?
Check that you are using the same email address as in Huma. If it still does not work, contact your administrator to check that your user account is active.

I belong to several organisations. How do I switch?
Log out of the app and log in again. After entering your email address, select the organisation you want.

 

Why don't I see all modules in the app?
The app shows the modules your organisation uses and that you have access to. If you are missing a module, contact your administrator.

 

Do employees need to be invited before they can use the app?
Yes. Employees need an active user account in Huma.
