Follow these steps to automatically import new hires from Higher to Huma.

 Higher Integration

 To access Integrations under System settings you'll need a System role with permissions to do Organization-wide settings. Read more here.
 
The Higher integration in Huma automatically imports new hires from the recruitment platform Higher into Huma, saving time and ensuring employee information is transferred quickly and accurately without manual entry. To set it up, activate the integration in Huma, share your credentials with Higher support, and then export candidates directly from Higher.
 
 
 

1. Activate the Higher integration in Huma

  • Log in to your Huma account
  • Go to 'Integrations' in the main menu and choose 'Higher'
  • Please read all the information about the Higher integration and make sure you understand it before moving to the next step.
  • Click 'Set up' in the upper right corner
  • Accept the terms & conditions and click Connect
  • Copy/write down the ID, Client ID and the Client secret.

 


2. Activate the Huma app in Higher

  • To activate the integration, please send the following details (ID, Client ID and Client secret) to support@higher.nu

 

3. Send candidate from Higher to Huma

Once the Higher support team has received and activated the integration, you can start sending information about your new hires from Higher to Huma.

  1. Open Higher
  2. Find your candidates
  3. Open a candidate
  4. Choose "Export" then choose "Export to Huma".
  5. The candidate will be created as an active user but won't receive an invitation to Huma automatically. You can send an invitation from their profile when you're ready.

 

 

💡 Note: The little Huma icon on a candidate card indicates that they have been sent to Huma 

 

 

How do I bulk import candidates from Higher to Huma?

It's also possible to export multiple candidates at the same time. In Higher, select multiple candidate cards, then choose Export and Export to Huma to send them all at once.

  1. Open Higher.
  2. Go to your candidates list.
  3. Select multiple candidates using the checkboxes.
  4. Choose Export, then choose Export to Huma.
  5. The selected candidates will be created as active users in Huma but won't receive invitations automatically. You can send invitations from their profiles when you're ready.

 

 

 

 

 

What profile information is sent from Higher to Huma?

When sending a candidate from Higher to Huma, the following profile information is sent:

  • Given name
  • Family name
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number

 

Other integrations

If you're using an integration with the possibility to create users when they're added to Huma, they will be created in integration when added to Huma via Higher.
