Issues with the Microsoft SSO login
The SSO login is independent of the Entra ID integration. You can use the login without ever activating the integration, and the configuration of the integration does not affect the login access.
Error messages mentioning "on-premises mastered sync"
If the integration does not sync or update, check the integration error log. If you see a message similar to:
Unable to update the specified properties for on-premises mastered Directory Sync objects or objects currently undergoing migration.
there is a chance your company is using an on-premise Active Directory, set up to sync with your cloud Entra ID - Check with your IT team. If that is the case, Entra ID will unfortunately not allow Huma to make changes to users managed by this legacy setup.
