The Role

As a Sales Representative at Huma, you will play an important role in our growth and building lasting customer relationships in the Finnish market.   • Lead sales processes: With the backing of our robust marketing team, you’ll independently drive sales processes from initial prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales: Engage with potential clients through both inbound inquiries and proactive outreach, showcasing the value of our innovative solutions.

  • Utilize Hubspot for sales management: Efficiently track and manage your sales activities using Hubspot, ensuring transparency and organization throughout the sales cycle.

  • Participate in industry events: Represent our company at webinars, trade shows, and other sales and marketing events, building your network and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Experienced B2B sales professional: You have several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HR sector in Finland and/or the Nordics, and a proven track record of success.

    Empathetic listener: You excel at understanding and addressing the unique challenges businesses face, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.

    Energetic and positive: Your high energy and positive attitude drive you to see opportunities where others see obstacles.

    Effective prioritizer: You know how to focus on what matters most, efficiently managing your time and efforts to achieve the best results.
