When drawing up employment contracts, there are many laws and regulations to follow. We've talked to the lawyers at Schjødt amongst others so you don't have to worry about that. With digital and customizable employment contracts stored in one place, everything related to the agreement becomes easier. You can save them as a template, and when you need to hire someone you just fill in the blanks. Once that's done, you send it to a new employee who signs it digitally - job done.
Create your own contract templates. We've developed a starter in collaboration with the lawyers at Schjødt. Once you've created one, you can send it for e-signing or save it as a template for later with just a few clicks. The templates are always updated according to laws and regulations.
The templates are there at all times. The only thing you need to do is fill in the information that differs from contract to contract - such as personal details, salary and working percentage. We don't think it gets much easier than that.
Naturally, it's very important to know what the employment contract says before you sign it. You can always go in and read it. If you haven't signed it yet, you can send it for signing and start onboarding, among other things.
When the contract is completed, you simply send it to your new colleague. He or she will look it over to make sure everything is correct and sign it digitally when it's ready. Once it's signed, it automatically goes into the employee's personnel folder. It's never been easier to keep everything around employment contracts in order.

You can just use templates. Some positions are very similar, so it's only right that the contracts are almost identical too. You can solve this by having several fixed contracts so that you only need to change the small differences such as personal details. It's quite simple. Create the contract, save it and duplicate it when you hire someone new.
Or have you been worried that someone who isn't supposed to see it will see it? There's no reason for that anymore. The contract is stored in your documents in Huma, and only the most important documents you need are stored there. Only you and your manager have access to it, so you don't have to worry about privacy.
... but it can be simple too. In collaboration with the lawyers at Schjødt, we have developed contract templates that comply with laws and regulations. Whenever there's a change in legislation, we're quick on the ball, making sure that the templates are also updated and in accordance with requirements, laws and regulations. As the Nordic champion in HR, we have our own templates adapted to Swedish and Finnish legislation also in collaboration with experts in Schjødt and Tyosuojelu - because contracts should be just as easy in Sweden and Finland as in Norway.

Paper has a tendency to disappear. It's easier to keep track of employment contracts if you have them digitally, but then it becomes difficult to sign - right? Huma offers digital signing provided by Scrive to make it as easy as possible for you. Your signature is now valid and legally binding.
