The law is clear on one thing: AI used in recruitment and personnel matters is considered high-risk. This means requirements for transparency, human control - and documentation.
But what does it really mean in practice? What applies to you as an SME or for HR? And what will Huma do - and what will we not do?
In this Sofa Session we address:

The EU's AI Act has been adopted, and it's largely about four levels of risk associated with its use. The regulation has clear requirements for HR: AI used in recruitment, training and personnel management falls into the high-risk category. This means stricter requirements for risk management, transparency towards employees - and that a human always have the last word.
It may sound dramatic. But it's not necessarily so. Many of the requirements make sense. Some don't apply to you. And some are a good idea to get started with anyway.
