This is a big one. Many of you have asked for this, and we’ve more or less refurbished all of Huma to make this one possible. We present our brand new foundational update: Employment History!
One for the history books
Keep track of your people’s journey within the company. Why? Because it makes it easier to report churn, turnover and seniority and more accurately, which then leads to a better basis for making important decisions.

Swapping or adding roles?
Sometimes you might have more than one role in your company, or maybe a special role for a project. No problem! Now you can add them all in your profile. You can also add former positions if you’ve swapped roles or been promoted. It’s all visible in a comprehensive role timeline.

Good data flow between Huma and our integrations
Do you use integrations in Huma? If so, things just got even easier. Huma now communicates more effectively with our integrations and can send information to the systems you use — fully secure, of course. That means less manual data entry and fewer errors when you update your employees’ positions and salaries.
Oh, and before we forget! We’re running a closed beta test for our open API. That means that soon you’ll be able to build your own integrations, which will of course support our data flow and employment history features.

New onboardings will now require a position for the new hire – the same goes for offboardings.

You can now export positions and salaries based on a specific date in Huma’s People module. The People list will also show everyone’s positions.

Contract type insights in the Insights module reflect the number of different positions in your organization.

Salary and position information are based on the last revision or salary overview.
