In 2025, Huma grew at a record pace: over 20,000 new users got Huma in their pockets! So much so that we were actually named Norway's fastest-growing HR system. 🚀

Every single month throughout the year, new features, modules and improvements were added to the product such as employee surveys with AI analysis, support for larger company structures, full control with a new activity log, many more integrations, AI translations that support all languages and much (much) more. Huma has always been about listening to your everyday challenges and opportunities, and we will continue to do so.

What can you expect from us in 2026? Much (much) more.

We have many big and important launches in the pipeline. Both to help you keep up with current legislative changes, but also completely new modules that will enable you to save even more time on manual and somewhat tedious tasks.

And as usual, we'll be out and about meeting all of you. As early as February, Huma will be the main partner at Sweden's largest HR trade fair, and we'll be bringing along a huge Huma team and a number of HR experts for you to listen to and play ball with.
