The law wants you to know how much your people work. The easiest way to know that is by logging hours. But why should you use a separate system when you already have an HR system? Well, you shouldn’t. That’s why we proudly present Huma Time.
What is Huma Time?
Long story short, Huma Time is a time management system built into your favorite HR system, but that doesn’t cut it. You’ll get a new weekly calendar at the top of your Huma Dashboard. It doesn’t get more accessible than that.
You open the current day, and punch in how many hours, e.g. 7:30 or 5.5 hours in the hour field, and if needed you can add a description of your day in the text field.
And if that’s not easy enough, here’s a little bonus. Open the command bar at the top of the Huma app or in browser. Simply type 8h, yesterday 7.5h or Oct. 10 7:30h and it’ll send you directly to a filled day tab. You just need to check it and accept.

What’s next
Just like Huma always has been, Huma Time will be a product in constant development. Already by Q1 2027 it will be updated with brand new features, and we’ll give you a little tease. Expected and actual hours are often two very different things. In the first update of Huma Time, you can set expected hours for your employees. Then you’ll get a simple overview of overtime and short time.
Do you want your company to be amongst the first companies to use Huma Time? Register for the next episode of Silje’s Corner: The Sofa Sessions where Silje and Liv will show you everything you need to know about Huma Time and how to get it.
